VAT TAX

As of January 1, 2015 Value Added Tax ( V.A.T.) was added for all goods and services. This includes hotel accommodations, marina slips, all goods and services provided throughout the resort. 

Group Rates

Old Bahama Bay is the ideal location for your next fling or rendezvous.  Group rates are available with as few as 5 slips and/or hotel rooms.  Contact groups@obbresort.com for all the details. 

Deposit & Cancellation Terms and Conditions

A one-night deposit is required to secure reservations on summer weekends: Friday and Saturday nights (Memorial Day through Labor Day)

If reservations during these time periods are for both marina slip and hotel room, deposits are required for both.

A three-night minimum stay and deposit is required for certain US Holidays*.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled arrival, but can be used towards a future stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A full refund is given on reservations cancelled more than 2 weeks out. There are no refunds for early departures.
