Raylene Nachelle “Shelly” Gardiner has been employed in the hospitality & tourism industry for the past twenty-three (23) years. She has spent the past 12 years working at Old Bahama Bay in various capacities where she became well versed in operations and condo association management. Currently, she works as an On Site Manager for Old Bahama Bay Home Owners Association.

Raylene has a Masters Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management which enables her to facilitate (teach) part time for UWI Open Campus Online. In 2014, she obtained her real estate license from Bahamas Real Estate Association providing her the opportunity to serve as a license real estate agent in West End.
